- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff

- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and ingredients
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service flow

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in waiter/waitress role in restaurant/café setting
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
