Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods in Davao City.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts, physical inventory verification, and WMS reconciliation.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and sanitation standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control best practices, and logistics principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations pertinent to warehouse environments.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
