- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Experiments Specialists
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to support product development
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for experimentation
- Ensure rigorous statistical methodologies are applied to all experiments
- Translate business questions into testable hypotheses and actionable insights
- Manage the experimentation roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in managing teams, preferably in a tech or data-driven environment
- Strong background in experimental design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
- Experience with experimentation tools and platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing talent
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
