Monee is at the forefront of financial technology innovation, and we are looking for a visionary Expert Algorithm Engineer to lead our Credit Intelligence team in Singapore. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between complex data science and real-world financial inclusion.
As a technical leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of our next-generation behavioral sequence modeling systems. You will leverage massive-scale transaction data to build predictive models that redefine how creditworthiness is assessed. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art behavioral sequence models for credit risk assessment.
- Design and implement high-performance algorithms for analyzing complex transaction patterns and user behavior.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of senior algorithm engineers.
- Collaborate with Product and Risk Management teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize large-scale data processing pipelines to ensure low-latency model inference and training.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and validation of credit models to ensure stability and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Deep Learning, and FinTech to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in algorithm engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning.
- Expertise in sequence modeling architectures such as Transformers, RNNs, and LSTMs.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade credit scoring or fraud detection models.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid experience with Big Data technologies including Spark, Flink, and Hadoop.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with unstructured data.
