Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate export documentation, including shipping instructions, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of export shipments.
- Utilize internal systems to track shipment status and update relevant stakeholders in real-time.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system errors related to export processing and data entry.
- Prepare periodic operational reports for management review.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of administrative workflows and record-keeping processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Officer or in an export/import environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
- Deep understanding of export documentation requirements and customs procedures.
