Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all export documentation processes including customs clearance and shipping manifests
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders across the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and country-specific requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customs) to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze logistics data to identify optimization opportunities and cost reduction strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export coordination or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in export documentation systems and customs compliance procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data processing and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client/vendor interactions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Proficient in MS Office suite and logistics management software
