Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export documentation, including Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and custom clearance paperwork.
- Coordinate with local trucking companies, warehouse teams, and shipping lines to ensure timely cargo departure.
- Provide proactive communication and status updates to customers regarding their shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal company standards.
- Resolve logistics issues, including transit delays or documentation discrepancies, with speed and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate data in the freight management system for billing and tracking purposes.
- Support the sales team in providing accurate freight quotations to prospective and existing clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or export operations.
- Strong knowledge of Port Klang export procedures and customs documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
