Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and client relations? Rapid Recruitment Asia is seeking a dedicated Export Customer Service Executive to join our team in Changi. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our international clients, ensuring seamless export processes and delivering exceptional service standards.

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our operations team and global partners. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment, capable of managing complex documentation while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment bookings and deliveries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for international customers, providing prompt updates on shipment status and resolving inquiries.
  • Handle trade compliance and ensure all export activities adhere to local and international regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and generate regular status reports for management.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure inventory is prepared and dispatched according to schedule.
  • Proactively address and resolve any shipping discrepancies or client complaints to maintain high service levels.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in export documentation or customer service within the logistics/manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and Incoterms is a distinct advantage.
