The position requires exceptional communication skills to handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email while maintaining precise documentation for invoicing and tracking systems. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end export airfreight shipments including quoting, booking confirmation, and documentation preparation
  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels regarding shipment status, pricing, and documentation
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and delivery
  • Prepare and process commercial invoices, packing lists, and air waybills in compliance with international trade regulations
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively communicate delays or exceptions to stakeholders
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues through collaborative problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate shipment records in logistics management systems and generate performance reports
  • Support cross-functional teams in optimizing export processes and service quality improvements

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export customer service or airfreight operations
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and airfreight regulations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
  • Detail-oriented approach with accuracy in data entry and document processing
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Problem-solving mindset with experience resolving shipment delays and documentation issues
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
