This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a stable 5.5-day work week. We are offering a competitive salary of $3,000 – $3,800 per month for the right candidate. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping schedules, and product availability.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs to ensure the timely dispatch and clearance of goods.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular operational reports.
- Liaise with overseas clients to provide updates and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and negotiation of shipping terms with clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Export Customer Service or Logistics.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) and export procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
