Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders to arrange timely cargo transportation
- Process export customs declarations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide shipment updates and address inquiries
- Prepare and negotiate freight quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and service quality
- Resolve shipping-related issues and exceptions proactively to minimize delays
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth export processes
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and advise clients accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in export customer service within freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Proficient in export documentation procedures and customs clearance processes
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping routes, and international trade regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
