Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export laws
- Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international carriers
- Analyze export performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align export strategies with business objectives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to international shipments and deliveries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export operations, e-commerce, or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and logistics management software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Experience managing US market shipments is highly desirable
