Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service for export-related matters
- Coordinate export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth export processes
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and customer communications
- Identify opportunities to improve export processes and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve export-related issues promptly
- Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage
