Expedock is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Freight Specialist to manage air and ocean export operations from our team in Metro Manila. This is a fully remote, mid-shift role that offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to a fast-growing logistics technology company. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

- Manage full-cycle export shipments via air and ocean, including coordination of bookings, documentation, and cargo tracking.
- Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and Incoterms 2020.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and consolidation agents to secure competitive rates and space allocation.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve any delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records in the logistics management system and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless order-to-delivery processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to standard operating procedure updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in export freight forwarding, with exposure to both air and ocean shipments.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and international trade regulations (BOC, CAO, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with freight management software (e.g., CargoWise, WiseTech) is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordination with global partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020, L/C documentation, and shipping line portals.
