Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the company's compliance with national and international maritime regulations, while also serving as a key liaison between SOECHI and government bodies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and meets regulatory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage vessel certification processes and ensure compliance with national and international maritime regulations
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Monitor and interpret changes in maritime legislation and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of documentation and reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government institutions
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports and documentation
- Advise management on regulatory changes and their potential impact on operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government relations, regulatory compliance, or maritime industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian maritime regulations and certification processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Proficient in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and interpret legislation
