Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end export logistics operations including documentation preparation and customs clearance
- Manage shipment tracking and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Resolve logistics disruptions and optimize transportation routes
- Maintain accurate export records and documentation systems
- Support inventory management and warehouse coordination
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
- 1-2 years of export logistics experience
- Proficiency in trade documentation systems (e.g., customs software)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and export regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts including night duty
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
