Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end LCL export operations from booking to final delivery
- Prepare and manage export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for timely shipments
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Resolve shipment delays and operational issues proactively
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in export operations, preferably with LCL shipments
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and documentation systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under pressure
