Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing foreign clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and shipping agents to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to international destinations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and propose sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team.
- Assist in the resolution of any export-related issues or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and customer segments for expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Junior to Mid-level experience in export sales, customer service, or international trade operations.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for communicating with international clients.
- Familiarity with export regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
