Rubberflex Sdn Bhd is a premier global manufacturer, and we are currently seeking a high-caliber Export Sales Correspondent to spearhead our expansion within China and Chinese-speaking markets. As our Export Sales Correspondent, you will serve as the vital link between our manufacturing excellence and our international clientele. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry and order processing to logistics coordination and after-sales relationship management. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who understands the nuances of the Chinese business landscape and is eager to take ownership of their territory.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales inquiries, quotations, and order processing for clients in China and other Chinese-speaking regions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Prepare and verify critical export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Letters of Credit.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and update CRM records to provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to management.
- Facilitate clear communication by translating technical specifications and business requirements between English and Mandarin.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Required Language(s): Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is essential to handle the China market.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export sales, shipping coordination, or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, export procedures, and international payment methods.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
