LB Aluminium Berhad, a leader in the aluminium industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Semenyih, Selangor. In this role, you will be the bridge between our production excellence and our international market presence. You will play a critical role in managing the export lifecycle, ensuring seamless documentation processes, and maintaining healthy relationships with our overseas partners to drive sustainable growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and verify all export-related documentary collections to ensure 100% compliance with international trade regulations.
- Monitor and manage the overseas accounts receivable process, ensuring outstanding debts are collected within stipulated credit terms.
- Collaborate with Sales Admin Executives to ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents, L/Cs, and export invoices.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing international clients to foster repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Identify potential market trends in the global aluminium sector to support regional sales strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to streamline the dispatch of export goods.
- Prepare regular sales reports and debt aging analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, International Trade, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales, shipping, or logistics documentation.
- Strong understanding of Letter of Credit (L/C) procedures and international trade payment terms.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
- Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail for documentation verification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/Inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a high-pressure sales environment.
