Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new export markets and customer segments to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas buyers.
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and compliance teams to ensure timely shipments and regulatory adherence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at international trade exhibitions, fairs, and networking events.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain excellent service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export sales or a similar international sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, and international trade regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
