Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new overseas markets for automotive parts.
- Identify and qualify potential international leads through networking, trade shows, and digital prospecting.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry and technical consultation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing international distributors and dealers.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely export documentation and seamless delivery of orders.
- Monitor global automotive industry trends and competitor activities to refine our sales positioning.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the automotive or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate the specifications of automotive parts and systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate cultural differences in international business.
- Proactive mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel overseas occasionally as business needs require.
