Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and increase global market share.
  • Identify and qualify potential distributors, agents, and direct industrial customers across target regions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service-level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing international clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including R&D and supply chain, to ensure product specifications meet international standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the aluminium industry to pivot strategies effectively.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and budget proposals for senior management.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and industrial expos to enhance brand visibility and network with industry stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in international business development or export sales, preferably within the building materials, manufacturing, or metal/aluminium industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully entering new geographical markets and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse cultures.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data management and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required by business demands.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages relevant to key export markets are considered a significant advantage.
