Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to penetrate international markets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with overseas distributors
- Lead negotiations with international clients and manage contract agreements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for international markets
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and customs requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in cross-border markets
- Strong proficiency in English and at least one additional foreign language
- Expertise in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
