Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee sales transactions with manufacturing companies across Asia
- Handle administrative tasks related to export documentation and compliance
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in export or international trade
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the copper industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
