- Coordinate with Customer Service teams to understand and execute client-specific export requirements
- Provide clear instructions to third-party vendors regarding special handling protocols for export shipments
- Ensure all export operations comply with international shipping regulations and company standards
- Monitor and document warehouse activities to maintain accurate inventory records
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing
- Resolve operational challenges proactively to prevent delays in export workflows
- Prepare and maintain essential export documentation including manifests and shipping instructions
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations and export coordination experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and logistics software
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Attention to detail with proven problem-solving abilities
- Forklift license certification (preferred)
