Are you a charismatic sales professional passionate about modern lifestyle brands? Staffinc Group is seeking an External Coach Sales to join our dynamic team in Palembang. In this role, you will act as the face of the brand, specifically focusing on the IQOS product line. Your primary mission will be to drive brand awareness and educate consumers about the unique benefits and usage of IQOS.
We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with clients, demonstrate products effectively, and convert interest into sales. You will be responsible for on-ground activation, engaging directly with the target audience to ensure our products meet the highest standards of service and availability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing educational sessions on IQOS usage and benefits.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Achieving daily and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Promoting brand awareness and product visibility within the community.
- Managing product inventory and ensuring availability for customers.
- Gathering customer feedback and reporting market trends to the management team.
- Collaborating with the sales team to implement effective promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- High level of confidence and the ability to conduct engaging presentations.
- Valid SIM (driver's license) is preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time and flexible working hours.
- Passion for the tobacco and lifestyle accessories industry is preferred.
