- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external equipment and machining suppliers
- Lead procurement of new engineering equipment and technical components
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering projects with external stakeholders
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance assessments
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing for technical services
- Monitor project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met
- Research and implement innovative engineering solutions from external partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years in supplier management or procurement engineering
- Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment specifications
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience managing engineering projects from conception to completion
- Proficiency in technical documentation and contract management
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and supplier capabilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian industrial standards and regulations
