- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide administrative support for customer accounts, order processing, and documentation
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems while ensuring data integrity
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement customer-focused solutions
- Support onboarding processes for new external clients and partners
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain industries preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
