Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee the daily production processes for extrusion lamination lines to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all production workflows adhere to strict quality assurance protocols and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maximize production efficiency and output.
- Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure machinery operates at optimal performance.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports to track performance metrics and trends.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages.
- Implement and maintain ISO quality management standards on the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in extrusion lamination or similar manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of quality control systems (ISO, SPC) and production planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Proficiency in using MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
