Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate production machinery and equipment during shifts.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all products meet the company's quality and safety specifications.
- Adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols at all times.
- Document production data, including output metrics and any equipment issues.
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or vocational training in mechanics or manufacturing.
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
