Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Moulding Injection production facility.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and ISO quality management systems.
- Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Manage, train, and mentor facility staff and production operators to maximize productivity.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for material management and spare parts.
- Conduct regular safety audits, equipment inspections, and emergency drills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a facility management or production supervision role within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth technical knowledge of injection molding processes, machine parameters, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance and manage conflict.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is preferred.
