Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily F&B administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and reporting.
- Coordinate inventory tracking and supplier communication to ensure consistent stock levels.
- Assist the F&B Manager in preparing operational reports, schedules, and payroll data.
- Maintain records of food and beverage costs and assist in cost-control initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between the kitchen, floor staff, and management teams.
- Monitor and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate bookkeeping.
- Handle incoming inquiries related to restaurant reservations or administrative logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role within the hospitality/F&B sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
