In this role, you will bridge the gap between operations and administration, ensuring that our high standards of service are supported by meticulous planning and record-keeping. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily F&B administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and reporting.
  • Coordinate inventory tracking and supplier communication to ensure consistent stock levels.
  • Assist the F&B Manager in preparing operational reports, schedules, and payroll data.
  • Maintain records of food and beverage costs and assist in cost-control initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between the kitchen, floor staff, and management teams.
  • Monitor and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate bookkeeping.
  • Handle incoming inquiries related to restaurant reservations or administrative logistics.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role within the hospitality/F&B sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic beachfront hospitality environment.
