Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service and banquet support, ensuring adherence to Marriott’s luxury service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of banquet orders.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professional poise and a proactive service mindset.
- Set up, maintain, and breakdown event spaces, ensuring all equipment is handled with care and hygiene protocols are met.
- Manage POS systems for order entry, billing, and payment processing accurately.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of food and beverage menus to provide informed recommendations and pairings to guests.
- Uphold safety and sanitation regulations at all times to ensure a secure dining and working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in high-end hospitality, fine dining, or luxury hotel banquet services.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- High level of physical stamina to handle the demands of event service.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, multinational environment.
- Relevant vocational or degree education in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
