Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-attended throughout their dining experience.
- Coordinate and execute banquet and event setups, ensuring all logistical requirements are met per client specifications.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across all F&B outlets and event spaces.
- Collaborate with the culinary and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with empathy and professionalism, aiming for complete service recovery when necessary.
- Support the team in inventory management and restocking of service stations and event inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse, international guests.
- Proven ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to representing the Marriott International brand.
- Basic understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and event management software is a plus.
