In this role, you will bridge the gap between timeless hospitality and modern service standards. Whether hosting high-stakes business conferences or intimate island weddings, you will ensure every detail is executed with precision. You will work in a fast-paced, tropical environment where your ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service will define the Four Points experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional table service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-attended throughout their dining experience.
  • Coordinate and execute banquet and event setups, ensuring all logistical requirements are met per client specifications.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across all F&B outlets and event spaces.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with empathy and professionalism, aiming for complete service recovery when necessary.
  • Support the team in inventory management and restocking of service stations and event inventory.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse, international guests.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to representing the Marriott International brand.
  • Basic understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and event management software is a plus.
