Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Paiza Club F&B outlets to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing service team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
- Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with SFA regulations.
- Manage floor presence during peak hours, personally attending to VIP guests and resolving any feedback with grace and efficiency.
- Optimize inventory levels and manage labor costs to achieve departmental financial targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to execute exclusive menu offerings and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols within the luxury club environment.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining establishment, or premium private club.
- Strong knowledge of international wines, spirits, and fine dining etiquette.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management and operational reporting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
