- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to maintain high morale and performance standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and inventory to achieve operational efficiency and financial targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with Marina Bay Sands' standards for quality, hygiene, safety, and guest service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a superior dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu knowledge, service flow, and special dietary requirements.
- Assist in planning and executing private events, promotions, and seasonal dining concepts.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in managing financials, including P&L responsibility, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Micros, Opera, or similar POS and restaurant management systems, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- In-depth knowledge of wine, cocktails, and current culinary trends is an advantage.
