Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operations across attraction-based dining outlets and destination experiences
- Manage and mentor front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with attractions management to synchronize service timings and guest flow
- Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Analyze operational metrics and implement efficiency improvements
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service escalations promptly
- Collaborate with procurement on inventory management and cost control
- Support in developing seasonal F&B promotions aligned with attraction themes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of F&B operations experience in high-volume settings
- Previous experience in attractions, theme parks, or tourism environments preferred
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS operations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and events
- Knowledge of Singapore's food safety regulations (SFA standards)
