- Deliver exceptional guest service through attentive food and beverage service
- Accurately process orders using POS systems and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff
- Maintain immaculate dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Present menus with product knowledge and upsell specials when appropriate
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume periods
- Support opening/closing duties including setup and breakdown
Kualifikasi
- Previous F&B service experience in hospitality/tourism industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
