We are seeking a highly motivated F&B Automation & AI Systems Builder to join our team on a contract basis in Ipoh. This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital transformation efforts, streamlining kitchen and front-of-house operations through intelligent automation and AI integration.
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and deploying systems that enhance efficiency, reduce manual overhead, and improve the overall guest experience. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working independently, thrives on solving complex operational challenges, and is eager to implement modern tech stacks within a real-world dining environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deploy automated workflows for F&B operational processes.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions to optimize inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts or software to bridge fragmented restaurant systems.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and propose data-backed technological improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of new digital tools.
- Provide technical documentation and hands-on training for staff on new system implementations.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular updates to ensure high reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system automation, Python, or API integration (experience in F&B systems is a plus).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer/contractor with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills to translate technical solutions into actionable staff workflows.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment located in Ipoh, Perak.
