Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering seamless event experiences? A'Famosa Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic F&B Banquet Executive/Manager to join our team in Alor Gajah. As a cornerstone of our event operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of banquet events, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards of service excellence.

In this role, you will lead service teams, manage floor operations, and act as the primary point of contact for guests during weddings, corporate seminars, and private functions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet events from setup to breakdown to ensure operational success.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of guest service and grooming.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the kitchen/service team during event execution.
  • Monitor floor operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and strict compliance with F&B hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper maintenance of banquet equipment, linens, and venue aesthetics.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Catering team to ensure all event specifications and BEO requirements are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banquet operations or restaurant management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP or equivalent).
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on detail and operational efficiency.
