Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure smooth service delivery
- Train, mentor, and develop F&B staff to maintain high standards of service
- Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest preferences
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and security standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Prepare work schedules and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between front and back of house
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as an F&B Captain, Team Leader, or similar supervisory role in a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service procedures, menu items, and beverage offerings
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant hospitality management software
