- Lead and mentor F&B service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily restaurant/bar operations including staff scheduling and training
- Train staff on menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Collaborate with kitchen team for seamless service coordination
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing F&B promotions and events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years F&B supervisory experience in luxury hotel/restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure service environments
- Knowledge of wine, beverage, and culinary trends
- Basic inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude with passion for hospitality excellence
- Valid work authorization for Singapore
