Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily Lobby Bar operations ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to maintain high service standards and team performance
- Develop and implement innovative beverage programs, promotions, and seasonal offerings
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and quality assurance for all bar operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with F&B management on menu development, staff scheduling, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in supervisory F&B role within luxury hotel or premium restaurant environment
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and beverage trends
- Proven leadership experience in team development and performance management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual capabilities
- Strong financial acumen in inventory control and cost management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure service environments
- Valid food hygiene certification and relevant liquor service permits
- Proficiency in POS systems and reservation management software
