- Lead and supervise F&B service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Train staff on service protocols, product knowledge, and upselling techniques

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B leadership role within luxury hospitality
- Strong beverage knowledge including wine, spirits, and mixology
- Proven team management and staff development skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-energy, guest-centric environments
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and reporting
- Valid food hygiene certification preferred
