Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the service team on the Gaming Floor bars, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and manage staff schedules effectively.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and service capabilities.
- Handle guest inquiries, VIP requests, and any escalations with professionalism and poise.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and assist in ordering to minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless order flow and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar F&B Captain or Supervisor role within a luxury hotel or high-volume gaming establishment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Deep passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- Physical stamina to stand and move around the gaming floor for extended shifts.
- Familiarity with POS systems and standard bar operations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
