Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless service delivery during peak hours
- Train and mentor staff on service protocols, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques
- Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and control food/beverage costs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates
- Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections of dining facilities and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B coordination or supervisory role
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
