Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and control food/beverage costs

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in F&B coordination or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
