Tanggung Jawab
- Assist chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, service areas, and equipment
- Provide attentive customer service, taking orders, and serving food/beverages
- Support inventory management including stock rotation and waste reduction
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Kualifikasi

- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
