Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food/beverages to guests according to resort standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all F&B areas including dining spaces and kitchens
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of food supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Adhere to food safety regulations and resort policies
- Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Basic food handling certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
