Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistent service quality and brand standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance
- Manage inventory control, cost optimization, and vendor relationships while maintaining budgetary compliance
- Lead, train, and mentor F&B staff through performance evaluations, skill development programs, and team-building initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and implement innovative solutions
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all outlets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and seasonal menu offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B management experience with multi-outlet oversight
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and operational excellence
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Expert knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and licensing requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office applications
